If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Aussie Adventures provides tourism and travel services throughout Australia, including but not limited to:

• Guided tours and expeditions
• Accommodation booking assistance
• Transportation arrangements
• Cultural and adventure experiences
• Travel consultation and planning services

Our services are designed to provide memorable and authentic Australian travel experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Aussie Adventures.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at time of booking
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue balances

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment platforms. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available

4.2 Company Cancellation

Aussie Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

5.1 Participant Requirements

Participants must meet minimum age, fitness, and health requirements as specified for each tour. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas where required.

5.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Aussie Adventures is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies or trip interruptions not covered by insurance.

5.3 Health and Safety

Customers must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Aussie Adventures, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour, and we are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or death due to your own negligence or pre-existing medical conditions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or changes due to weather, natural disasters, or political situations
• Additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aussie Adventures and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Customers grant Aussie Adventures the right to use photographs and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and will not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

9. Force Majeure

Aussie Adventures shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor dispute, epidemic, or other cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience and may offer alternative arrangements or future credit toward services.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, through the courts of New South Wales.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Modifications to Service

Aussie Adventures reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
